My Professional Story

My real estate journey began during college, where I discovered my passion for the industry and gained valuable experience working with some of the biggest brokerages in the region. Wanting to focus on building personal connections and serving my community, I joined forces with my mom to create a family-owned business, Hinton Real Estate. Together, we built a company rooted in trust and personalized service.

 

Today, I bring that same dedication to my role as the owner and operator of Purple Flower  Management. I’m proud to help clients and investors maximize their real estate potential while continuing to serve the vibrant Southeast Michigan community I call home.

What We offer

Convenience- Receive rental payments via direct deposit into your account.


Anonymity - Whether you prefer total anonymity with your tenants or open dialogue between all parties, we will manage that relationship and compliance.


Marketing- We provide photography services, multi-platform advertising to enhance your property visibility and improve occupancy rates.


Tenant Screening- We have an intensive 4 point screening process including credit, background, criminal, and eviction

​Maintenance Management -We have a network of preferred vendors to help save you money on maintenance costs in the event of repair or project requests.

Compliance- We file for rental certificate applications, inspections, and any other required action by the city or state. We also provide income and expense accounting with year-end tax statements.

Annual Management Fee:
